Your responsibilities Business Development Growth
Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new clients Contribute to defining and executing the growth strategy in Brazil Support sales activities including prospecting, client meetings, and proposal building
Account Development Client Management
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
Team Management
Lead, coach, and support a team of consultants and/or business developers Follow up on team performance, engagement, and career development Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment
Operational Excellence Delivery
Ensure successful project delivery in collaboration with internal teams Act as the main point of contact between clients and delivery teams Monitor performance indicators and drive continuous improvement
Requisitos:
Perfil requerido
De 3 a 4 años de experiencia en desarrollo de negocio, gestión de cuentas o consultoría Experiencia gestionando relaciones con clientes y desarrollando el negocio dentro de las cuentas Experiencia previa en gestión o coordinación de equipos Sólidas habilidades de comunicación y gestión de grupos de interés Fluidez en portugués e inglés (obligatorio) El español es un plus Disponibilidad para trabajar completamente in situ en Río de Janeiro, Brasil
