KEY ACTIVITIES

  • Data Management and CRM content management: Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining the quality and security of data for analysis and modeling in Marketing and Sales, learning how to integrate data into business strategy.
  • Data Analysis: Support investigations into data and interpretation of insights, helping identify opportunities for improving sales and marketing strategies.
  • Model Support: Assist the CX Design team in developing and refining models and algorithms using tools like HubSpot or other CRM tools, gaining exposure to these platforms.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of data-driven solutions for business growth.
  • Communication: Help prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner for stakeholders.
  • Dashboards and Reports: Assist in the creation of dashboards and reports for leadership, learning how to present data objectively and effectively.
  • Strategic Support: Provide support for data-driven strategies in collaboration with the Global Brand & CX Head, assisting Sales Heads with field marketing strategies.
  • Activities and Events: Support the planning and execution of online and offline activities such as events and webinars to generate new sales opportunities and build relationships with customers.
  • Campaign Analysis: Help analyze campaign performance, lead generation, traffic, and customer behavior, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Event Management: Assist in organizing sales and marketing events, virtual webinars, brand activation activities, and managing the databases for each activity.

Requisitos:

Education (Degree / Area):

Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing, Administration, Communication, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.

 

Experience:

  • Some experience or coursework involving CRM and databases for lead generation or sales activities.
  • Familiarity with data manipulation tools such as Excel and basic SQL knowledge (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Interest in learning about data storytelling for report presentations.
  • Ability to work with PowerPoint and create presentations, developing storytelling skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
    Intermediate knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, and VBA (not mandatory).
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms
  • Working experience with data visualization - Power BI
  • CRM tools, preference by HubSpot, Power BI, Adobe and similar

  •  Digital Mkt and Ads

  • Advanced knowledge in Portuguese and English (verbal and written).
